The house is situated in the newly developed Pairc na Fana, overlooking a lush green area, with mature trees and the steeple of the old rectory drawing the eye.
There are three en suite double bedrooms, one with walk in wardrobe, and there is one single bedroom off the main bedroom giving a total sleeping capacity of seven. The sitting room, overlooking the front garden has an open fire, tv-dvd, satellite TV, comfortable seating with two and three seater leather couches.
There is a downstairs toilet(disabled access). The open-plan kitchen and utility room are equipped with marble countertops, electric hob and Double fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A breakfast bar area separates the kitchen and dining area.. Off the kitchen, there is a dining room, equipped with an oval oak dining table with a seating capacity for six.
The house has been tastelfully decorated to create a soft calming atmosphere with the use of Louis Mulcahy lamps throughout the house and dimmer switches in the rooms to create that special atmosphere. Double doors open onto a paved patio area where there is teak garden furniture and you will find a gas BBQ in the shed.
The house is a short skip from the fishing village of Union Hall, where you will find delightful restaurants such as the renowned Dinty Collins Seafood Restaurant that double up as cozy pubs. There is a post office, a Coffee shop, centra convenience shop and not to forget a fishmonger, where fresh fish stocks are replenished daily.A short stroll(ie one mile) and you will find yourself in the picturesque sailing village of Glandore. The house is newly constructed and kitted out to a very high standard, and provides an ideal base for touring West Cork and day trips to Kerry and beyond.
