Booking Conditions
A refundable security deposit of 150 euro is required, to be refunded 10 days after your departure (subject to a full property inspection)
Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit.
The owner reserves the right to make a retention from security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the clients leaves the property in an unacceptable condition .
Full payment 4 weeks before arrival.
Saturday Changeover only.
The house will be ready for you with your beds made, at 4pm on the day of your arrival. You will be expected to leave the house at 10am on the day of your departure.
This is a no smoking property and unsuitable for pets.
DISCLAIMER
The proprietors, management and employees of West Cork Holiday home shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of West Cork Holiday Home howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of West Cork Holiday Home.
